Zippy Backing/Paper Cutter

Tool designed for cutting stabilizer, paper, cloth and plastic films. A standard double-edge razor blade is locked securely in the molded plastic handle. Slip the foot of the tool under the material to be cut and push for a straight, clean cut. Available in green, red and yellow. One will be chosen for you.
